POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Level Descriptions
LEVEL 1: Beginning quilter. All Beginners must have basic sewing skills.
LEVEL 1+: Has completed 1 Beginning class
LEVEL 2: Can do several piecing methods
LEVEL 3: Ready to explore style and creativity

General Policies

  1. Please sign-up for classes as soon as possible.
  2. Register for class by phone (510-527-6779) with VISA or MC or by coming into the store. Be sure to check out your supply list prior to class. It is listed online in the class description.
  3. We make a commitment to our teachers based on your registration. Cancellations by students must be done at least 7 days in advance for local teachers, and one month in advance for visiting “All Star” teachers. If you cancel your place in class before that date, we will issue a store credit. Any time thereafter, we must be able to replace you from our wait list before we issue the store credit.
  4. We need to have a minimum number of students sign up for each class. The number varies according to the class. If a class is cancelled because the minimum has not been met, you will receive a full refund, a transfer to another class, or a store credit, whichever you prefer.
