DESCRIPTION

Peek-a-Boo Project Bags are scrap friendly and highly customizable. The front is clear vinyl ... perfect see-through flat project bag to hold on-going projects while you’re on the go! Choose fun themed fabrics to personalize the pouch for yourself or for gifting. It can accommodate pieced blocks as well. The size can be modified to fit your needs. The back is a typical "quilt" with a front, batting and back which has been quilted (usually in a simple grid design). The finished bag is approximately an 11” square and can easily be modified to your liking!

Techniques include how to machine quilt a grid pattern, install a zipper, sew with clear vinyl and bind the project bag with mitered corners.

SUPPLY LIST

Kit for purchase includes a zipper, vinyl square and batting. Cost is $5.00 payable to Wendy via cash or Venmo.

12"-14" square for backing or two fat quarters for the front and back of the back of the bag. Quilting cottons, cotton/linen blends or orphan blocks all work well.

Binding fabric: 1/4 yard (times WOF) or a fat quarter if making bias binding

NOTIONS:

Optional zipper pull: leather cord, ribbon, charm, etc.

Cutting mat, rotary cutter with a new blade, quilting ruler(s)

Sewing machine in good working order with a new size 80/12 needle

Thread (100% cotton, size 50/3ply preferred)

Frixon erasable pen or hera marker

Wonder-clips

Scissors and thread snips

Quarter inch or zipper foot is helpful.
