Quick Curve Sampler

Quick Curve Sampler with Alla Blanca

Thursday January 10, 2019   10:30-1:30 pm

Ongoing: 2nd Thursday of the month, January thru May, 2019

No fear of curves! Amazing designs! A sampler with a difference!

Curve It Up sampler quilt

The Curve It Up Sampler quilt takes many traditional blocks (Log Cabin, 4-patch, Churn Dash) and re-interprets them using curved elements. Twelve blocks in all, with two different setting/finishing options.

The Quick Curve Ruler (QCR) is a tool that allows you to make gentle curves in an approachable, easy manner. There are many, many patterns and designs that use this ruler.  Simply Moderne magazine has featured several of these designs recently (did you see the cactus?).

This class is taught in an ongoing fashion, as folks may choose ANY Quick Curve Ruler pattern to work on. Each session will focus on a specific QCR technique, then have plenty of work time with assistance from the instructor.
